“Brent Morgan is one of a kind. It is extremely hard to find a really good attorney, let alone one with morals and strong family values.”

FAQ
-
We understand that many people look for a free initial consultation when considering legal representation. Because of the costs of running a small practice, MBM Chtd no longer offers them.
-
Meeting with Brent does not obligate you to hire him. If you decide you would like to retain him, our office must first complete a conflict-of-interest check to confirm that we can represent you. If we can take your matter, you will need to sign an attorney-client agreement and pay a retainer fee.
-
Timelines vary by matter. Drafting a will can take several weeks, while a complex divorce can take months or even years. Even a matter that initially seems straightforward can become more complicated and take longer than expected. During your initial meeting, Brent will give you his best estimate, but that timeline may change as the matter develops.
-
MBM CHTD accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
-
Any unused portion of your retainer will be returned to you when your case is complete. If the retainer is depleted before then, you will need to provide an additional retainer for Brent to continue representing you.
